From Boston:

• Mass Pike West
• Exit 11 - 495 North to 290 West
• Exit 16 - Central Street
• At the end of the ramp take a right at the light
• Follow Central Street until it intersects Main Street (3rd set
  of lights)
• Left onto Main Street
• Right onto Pleasant Street (3rd set of lights)
• Park in the Garage on the left, exit the garage on the 3rd
  floor to enter the building
• CMIPA is located on the 12th floor
  

From Connecticut:

• Route I-84 East
• Merge onto Massachusetts Turnpike (I-90) East
• Take Exit 10 (Auburn/Worcester)
• Merge onto Route I-290 East
• Take Exit 12 (Also the exit for Route 146)
• Immediately before the on-ramp to I-290 East, bear Left under the highway.
• Drive under the I-290 bridge, straight ahead onto Ashmont Avenue.
• Take Ashmont Ave to the end, approximately 2 blocks.
• At the end of Ashmont, turn Right onto Quinsigamond Avenue (Landmark: Crompton Public Park will be on your right).
• Follow Quinsigamond Avenue to the end, turn Right onto Southbridge Street.
• Take Southbridge Street, go under railroad bridge to fire station.
• Immediately behind the Fire Station on your left, turn Left.
• Once you are behind the Fire Station, quickly bear to the right and follow Southbridge Street into the city (Landmark: Curry Copy will be on your left, Coney Island Hot Dogs will be on your right).
• Follow Southbridge Street to the end where it merges with Main St., heading North.
• Bear Right onto Main Street.
• Travel two blocks on Main Street (Landmark: City Hall is on your right, Sovereign Bank Tower is on your left).
• Turn Left onto Pleasant St. after the Sovereign Bank Tower, home of The Health Foundation.
• Turn left into parking garage directly behind building.

From Rhode Island:

• Route 146 North into Worcester (146 becomes Millbury Street) approximately 45 minute drive
• Immediately before the on-ramp to I-290 East, bear Left under the highway.
• Drive under the I-290 bridge, straight ahead onto Ashmont Avenue.
• Take Ashmont Ave to the end, approximately 2 blocks.
• At the end of Ashmont, turn Right onto Quinsigamond Avenue (Landmark: Crompton Public Park will be on your right).
• Follow Quinsigamond Avenue to the end, turn Right onto Southbridge Street.

• Route I-190 South
• Follow signs for Route I-290 West
• Take Exit 18 (Lincoln Street)
• Turn right at end of ramp
• Travel 300 feet and bear Right onto Concord Street
• Follow Concord (it becomes Salisbury Street) through two lights.
• Turn Left at the third light onto Lancaster Street (Note: the Worcester Art Museum is on your left)
• Follow Lancaster for approximately one mile(it becomes Linden Street) through several traffic lights
• Turn left onto Pleasant Street at the light (one block after Elm Street)
• Go through 1 light
• Turn Right into the second parking garage, directly behind Sovereign Bank Tower.

From Springfield/Western Mass:

• Massachusetts Turnpike (I-90) East
