CMIPA Recruitment and Retention Service In an effort to support the offices of Central Massachusetts Independent Physician Association (CMIPA), we now offering a simple way to assist CMIPA offices in the recruitment of their support staff as well as help existing staff find new career opportunities within our organization.
We will now be able to post Job Opportunities and Resumes on our website. If your office is looking for support staff to join your team, we want to help you by posting the position on the CMIPA website. All open positions, must include a title, brief job description and contact information. Applicants will be able to view your job posting and contact your directly.
If you or one of your office staff is currently looking for an employment opportunity, CMIPA is also able to post your resume so that potential employers can view it and contact you directly. When submitting a resume, please include, a title of the position you are interested in.
We hope that this service will allow CMIPA offices to recruit staff easily and also allow staff that may be looking for new opportunities to remain within our organization.
Please be aware that we are not endorsing or recommending a candidate or position, we are simple circulating this information.
